The boss-like man based on the ZTV producer from the manga in terms of appearance.
The man was a customer at Burger World while Jiro "The Jaragumo" and Tetsuo "The Hedgehog" were on the loose. When the staff were searching for Tetsuo among the customers, they checked the customers' legs, believing tetsuo had a bruise on his. Mazaki Anzu tried checking the man's leg, using the excuse that he should no have his feet on the table. However the man kciked-up a fuss over this, leading the detective to explain what was really happening.
