Biografía

Kazuo Tengan is the leader of the Future Foundation as well as the 1st Division, and the former headmaster of Hope's Peak Academy.

Kazuo is a very peaceful man who doesn't want any conflict. He laments over exterminating despair.

[Spoiler] Kazuo is the mastermind behind the Final Killing Game, his reasons being to attempt to persuade Ryota Mitarai into filling the world with hope through a brainwashing video. [/Spoiler]
