Biografía
Kaire is an old woman wearing silver colored china-dress from the Slane Theocracy. She is the user of the World Class Item "Downfall of Castle and Country" that can mind control any target, regardless of its resistance level. However, her own combat capability seems low.
[Spoiler] Accompanying the Black Scripture, Kaire tries to brainwash Shalltear. Shalltear notices the danger and attacks her with Purifying Javelin. Cedran blocks the attack, but the lance pierces Cedran and inflicts a severe injury on her, preventing her from completing the mind control. [/Spoiler]
