Biografía
Gou Hojou is the Chief Driver of the Sidewinders. He's quite familiar with Takahashi Ryousuke through his brother, as well as the the feud between them. Hojou helps Chief Mechanic Kubo Eiji to evaluate Project D's weaknesses.
